Samsung devices have a built-in battery-saving feature that kicks in once the device has been idle for some time, which turns off the devices' networks to save power. This will prevent the devices from being able to receive commands sent from Ensemble, including reboot, resetting screen lock PINs, etc.

When the device is locked and in this state, it will look like it is currently connected to a network, but unfortunately it is not.

To solve this issue, simply wake the device back up (enter in any screen lock passcode that may be on the device) and re-connect it to your network of choice using the WiFi configurations or Settings screen in the Ensemble Menu (if enabled on your project), and you should be able to send those commands to the device again.
