Some devices are currently known to have problems connecting with Google Zero-Touch, and in doing so, have problems downloading the Ensemble MDM program information.
This cannot be rectified within Ensemble, as it is a compatibility issue with the software within the devices. Google is working with the manufacturers to address the issues, and zero-touch may work correctly in later software versions of these devices. In some cases, the issue may be specific to a particular country or carrier variant of the device.
Examples of devices that currently have compatibility issues with Zero-Touch:
Samsung | SM-A205F (Galaxy A20) | Installing OTA update resolves this issue. |
Samsung | SM-P610 (Galaxy Tab S6 Lite) | Installing OTA update resolves this issue. |
Samsung | SM-T500 (Galaxy Tab A7) | Installing OTA update resolves this issue. |
