I know it is possible to add shortcuts in Multi-Kiosk Mode, but can I add them in None Kiosk mode as well?

Yes, you can add shortcuts while in None Kiosk Mode. 

To do this, navigate to your Project, then Policies, and then Kiosk Settings. Choose "None" for the Kiosk Mode. 

Once here, press the Plus "+" icon. You will see the following image:

From here, you can choose from the following types of shortcuts:

• Applications
• Bookmarks
• Content
• Contacts

After choosing whatever shortcut(s) you wish to add, be sure to hit the Save icon in the top right, and deploy your changes to your project.
