Using individual or batch commands to suspend devices



Individual commands


To suspend a device individually, go to either the company or project devices page. Select "options" on the right hand side of the device you would like to suspend in the devices table. Select "Remote Commands" and then "Suspend" from the remote command menu. 


To unsuspend a device that is already suspended, the process is the same. There will be an "Unsuspend" option in the remote command menu for suspended devices.





Batch commands


To suspend a list of devices, go to either the company or project devices page. Click the the three-dots menu in the top right corner of the devices table. From there, select "Actions via CSV". Under "Select an action", choose the "Suspend" or "Unsuspend" option. Then, attach a CSV with your devices and click "Upload".



Customize The Suspension Screen Before Sending Remote Commands For Optimal Performance


Customizing the suspension screen allows you to set a customer service number that users can call if they have questions on why the device is suspended. You can also set a message on the screen letting the user know why the device is suspended or how long the suspension will last.
