Using Project Policies To Suspend Devices On An Automated Schedule


You may create an automated time schedule for devices to be suspended. To do this, you must create a project and add your devices to it. Then, go to the project policies and side-scroll to the "Device Suspension Settings" tab.




Setting the suspension schedule


  • Select the days of the week that you would like the time frame to be applied on using the "Days of the Week" selector.
  • Set the start and end times for the automated suspension under the "Time Frame".
  • To enable these settings, check the "Enable Time Frame" checkbox. Your settings will be applied to all devices on the project after the next deployment.


Customizing the suspension screen


The "Suspended Device Preview" gives you several options to customize what the device will look like while it is suspended.


  • Suspend Message: This message will be displayed on the suspension screen as the reason for the device being suspended.
  • Suspend Message Font Color: Set the font color for the suspend message.
  • Background Color: Set the background color for the suspended device
  • Logo:  Choose an image to be the logo that is displayed on the device while it is suspended. You can upload images from the Content tab.
  • Customer Service Number: The customer service number that will be available when the device is suspended.
