If you get the error message stating "Error setting up device, the device could not get configuration info from server. Please make sure you have a valid internet connection to rectify this issue." 

Solutions:

• Make sure the device is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi or cellular
• Make sure the device has been registered on Ensemble and added to the correct project
