Potential Impacts of End of Support
Devices running older versions of Ensemble or a device OS won’t be unenrolled. The licenses are still active for those devices and they still have access to use the Ensemble MDM client, but the Conversa teams won’t provide support for issues on devices using outdated versions of the MDM – updating to the latest version will solve many issues since the unsupported versions are behind on improvements. In addition, new devices cannot be enrolled with the unsupported versions.
For security and performance, we recommend upgrading your devices to meet the minimum supported versions.
