Using the Device Management Table to Control Your Devices

You can use the Device Management Table to control your device fleet, as well as perform actions on those devices, even if you do not have those devices on hand.

When you are on your company's page, navigate to "Devices" on the left-hand side of the screen, and then look for the third section, entitled "Devices (Total: X)". This is the Device Management Table.

First, you will see the list of IMEI numbers for all of your company's devices. This will allow you to quickly locate devices for troubleshooting or for direct managing. If you need to search for a device, you can use the Search field directly above the Device Management Table.

You can search for specific devices, or for devices using different parameters, by using the Search For Devices bar directly above the device table.

  • None: If you have searched before and want to see all devices again, search with None and a blank search field and the full table will load.
  • The other search parameters will limit the results based on what is selected, such as the IMEI or Alias, etc.
    • To see more of these parameters on the table itself, click the Eye Icon on the table itself, as noted below.

When you are on the table itself, you will see the following icons:

  • Eye icon: this is the View icon, and it will allow you to customize the viewable columns in each row of the table.
  • Refresh Icon: Refresh the table and pull in the most recent data.
  • Vertical Dots Icon: this is the options menu, which will allow you to add new devices.

When you are looking at the table as a whole, you will see the "Options" button at the far end of the rows. Clicking this will open a menu wherein you can control the devices. You will see three main sections:
