Adding Devices
When you add devices using any method, whether single or multiple via CSV, those devices will use up a license seat. Be sure to check your license count by going to the Licenses tab on the left-hand side of the screen to ensure you have enough space to add your device(s).
From the Company Devices table, choose Actions via CSV. (As shown in the image below) to open the Upload Devices dialog.

This is the screen that will open:

- Choose "Add to Company" from the first drop-down, then click Next.
- Select the appropriate license
- If the devices being added are Android devices, you can then select the default manufacturer, model, and the preferred identifier (Serial or IMEI #), as well as choose to upload the devices to Zero-Touch enrollment.

- If the devices are Apple devices, you can choose the default manufacturer (iPad or iPhone), the model number, and choose the ADE (Automated Device Enrollment) profile.

- Click Next
- On the final screen, you can attach your .CSV file, as well as download a sample .CSV file that has the proper headers already added.
- Attach the .CSV, then click the button at the bottom "I have the authority to manage these devices", and finally click "Upload X Devices".

- Once the .CSV has been uploaded, the window will switch to the Result Summary tab, showing the upload results. You can export the details as well, by clicking the "Download Upload Details" button.

This is an example you may see when uploading both Android and Apple devices, along with invalid IMEIs, to give you an idea of what to expect in the Results Summary page.

Adding devices in any way, whether it be one at a time or multiple using a CSV, uses a license seat. When uploading devices, be sure to have the correct number of open seats, or else you will receive an error when uploading.

Removing Devices
You can also remove devices using the same method as adding them, just choose Remove from company at the start, rather than Add to company.
